Member Renewal Process - Associate Members

Membership renewals are sent in November for the next calendar year. All renewals and forms are due by February 1.

Professionals in the following areas are qualified to become associate members of the KCDAA:

United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, including assistants and deputies
Attorney General of Kansas, including assistants and deputies
County Counselor, including assistants and deputies
Police or Sheriff's Department Legal Advisor
City Prosecutor
Other attorneys employed by the State whose principal duties are prosecution of violations of state laws

Membership levels are available based on the number of attorneys in the office.

Annual Renewal Process

In mid-November, the main contact for your office listed in our system as the coordinator will get an automatic email notice and invoice. You can pay the invoice by check or use the link to pay online. The coordinator can also log in at kcdaa.org to complete the renewal process.

During the renewal process, please take a moment to determine the number of attorneys within your office as dues are based on the number of attorneys. To change or update the number of attorneys, the coordinator can log in to the KCDAA website and update the membership level in the profile.

Support staff can be added to your membership for no charge, so they are notified of events and other items of importance by e-mail. If you add support staff, please ensure you include an email address. For more details, see our membership update instructions here.
