Date, Location, and Schedule
The Marriott in Wichita, KS will be the site of the 2022 Fall Kansas County & District Attorneys Association Conference. Exhibits will be open on Thursday, October 20-Friday, October 21. Setup is Wednesday, October 19th after 6 pm and tear down will begin after lunch on Friday, October 21.
Booth Rental Fees
Each booth costs $500 for both days payable in full to the Kansas Prosecutor Training & Assistance Institute (KPT&AI). Registration can be found online at KCDAA.org
Fee includes: One skirted table booth, two chairs, high speed internet, access to one electrical outlet, name badges for two booth personnel, and lunch for two booth personnel.
Late Payment & Cancellation
A $100 handling fee will be assessed for exhibit cancellations. Refunds, minus the $100 fee will be granted if written notification is received by September 31, 2022.
Exhibitor Equipment
Exhibitors are responsible for ordering additional booth equipment not included in the rental fee. Additional electrical outlets are available at $75 for each outlet.
Booth Set-up and Removal
Exhibit booths can be constructed on Wednesday, October 19 after 6 pm and torn down after lunch on Friday, October 21.
Liability
The exhibitor, upon registering for exhibit space, expressly releases the KCDAA/KPTAI and its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause whatsoever.
Hotel
Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations. There is a block of rooms at the Marriott in Wichita. Please click here, or contact the hotel directly at: 1-316-651-0333 and ask to reserve your room within the block for the KCDAA Conference. The deadline to book within the room block is September 28th, 2022.
