The Kansas County & District Attorneys Association is the professional organization for prosecutors in the state of Kansas. The purpose of the Association is to promote, improve, and facilitate the administration of justice in the State of Kansas.

Legislative Request for Proposals

The KCDAA Legislative Committee is soliciting Legislative Proposals for the KCDAA legislative agenda for the 2009 Legislative Session. This input from the membership will be considered by the Committee in making its’ recommendations to the KCDAA Board of Directors. 

This RFP is the first step in the process by gaining the input of the membership in changes needed to the Kansas Statutes for the benefit of prosecutors.
